Patrick Sullivan - Founder

In 1983, Patrick Sullivan founded Tri-County Roofing with the purpose of providing South Florida with an efficient, effective and reputable source for all residential and commercial roofing needs. His focus, attention to detail, and desire for perfection has continued 23 years later. Pat enjoys spending time with his family and boating.

Dave Smith - Consultant

David has been a resident of South Florida for more than fifteen years. Prior to that he grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts. Although a relatively new team member at Tri-County Roofing he's quickly proving with his tenacity and energy that he intends to be with the company for many years to come. On a personal note he enjoys watching The New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and spending time with his dog Nomar.

Mickey Bullock - Consultant

Mickey is a seasoned veteran in the roofing industry with more than 35 years in the field. He has handled jobs for a variety of large clients such as West Point, Pitney Bowes, Micronosis and many Florida Macys stores. Mickey is knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing. Carlos Machado - Consultant

Carlos Machado was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. While growing up between Venezuela and Texas, Carlos attended only American schools. He then went to University and obtained a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Shortly after graduation he began working with a large contractor who over thirteen years would build in one community more than eight hundred homes, two shopping malls, two parks and a gas station. Following the marriage to his wife in 2001 and the birth of their daughter in 2003, they decided to move the family to Fort Lauderdale. Since then Carlos has worked in avionics and construction industries. Carlos is the new construction specialist.

Alessandro Vitello – Purchasing Manager

Alessandro is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. He attended the Univesrity of Akron with a major in sociology. When he isn’t working around the clock at Tri-County Roofing, he is continuing his education to finish his last twenty credit hours needed for his bachelors degree. He participated in collegiate wrestling and mixed martial arts.

In 2006 he moved to Davie, Florida. He is the purchasing manger for Tri-County Roofing. He moved to that position after proving with hard work, leadership and good decision making that he could be trusted with such great responsibility. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend (Ann), friends, family and his two dogs.

Andy Valisalo - Permit Manager

Andy joined Tri-County Roofing at almost its' inception in 1983. He was a very important team member at TCR for many years. However Andy was needed by family in northern Florida. In 1992 Andy was able to return to South Florida and Tri-County Roofing. Andy is personally responsible for every permit that is posted on every job site. On a personal note Andy enjoys weekend racing and is a member of the SCCA and EquipeRapide.

Rick Steele - Field Operations Director 'The Cleaner'

Rick was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. After graduation Rick decided to serve his country in the US Army. He was stationed in Germany and after his tour of duty he decided to return to South Florida and join the family business. It wasn't too long before this industrious entrepreneur set out on his own. He worked in the general contracting industry for many years before deciding to become a full time roofing contractor.

With more than 30 years experience, his leadership and direction in the field is invaluable. Rick's ability to motivate and manage the roofing crews is exceptional. He also adds valuable input to every department, encouraging that we all operate as a team and that every job should have a good comfort level. Rick has a home in Davie and enjoys the outdoors, riding horses and remodeling homes.

Kelly Townsend - Executive Assistant

Kelly Townsend has been a resident of South Florida for the last 8 years. Prior to that, Kelly grew up in the western suburbs of Philadelphia.Kelly has mainly worked in construction and engineering industries before coming to South Florida in January of 1999.

Since coming to South Florida, Kelly has worked in the real estate field (which included running a commercial real estate office in Orlando) prior to her tenure at Tri County Roofing which began in December 2005. Kelly currently holds a real estate sales associate license in the state of Florida as well.Kelly is the executive assistant to the President of Tri-County Roofing, Patrick Sullivan.

Ron Jones- Sheet Metal Fabricator

This unique and talented man has an Associates degree in liberal arts and has a certification in sheet metal fabrication. His interests in life are almost as diverse as his musical tastes.
Ron enjoys being kind to humanity, RC helicopters, snorkeling, diving, and fishing.
