Tri-County Roofing is currently converting this upscale community from a concrete roof tile system to a standing seam metal roof with a 20 Year NDL warranty.

Tri-County Roofing recommended this particular roofing system due to it's overall strength and wind resistance. This system was also endorsed by an independent engineer as the best possible roofing system for the project at Vizcaya at Palm Aire.

Due to the cost associated with this project (in excess of $1.5 million) Tri-County Roofing was required to provide a performance bond. Besides the obvious benefits in the overall strength in the standing seam metal roofing system, another benefit is that many insurance companies are offering lower premiums and dramatic cost savings for using this particular roofing system.

This 82,500 SQ FT. roof has required careful planning, extreme attention to detail and superior observation. A thirty man crew, two tankers to provide one hundred and fifteen tons of tar and a specialized system to distribute waste and roofing materials off of the roof in a manner that won't disrupt the day to day operations of the store has been dispatched to this work site. Tri-County Roofing's engineering department worked with the City of Hialeah to ensure that the Macy's roof also had proper drainage. This is the fourth Macy's property that Tri-County Roofing has performed work on. We look forward to working with Macy's on future projects in a long and prosperous relationship.

Scope of work: Replace existing roofing system with a clay tile roof. Install custom fabricated copper metal eve drip, gutters and down spouts.

This 8,000+ SQ FT. roof required very detailed planning and extreme attention to detail. The homeowner has taken an already beautiful residence and turned it into a breathtaking oasis. The imported clay Columbian tile has a natural color blend. This required extra attention and detail when installing. The hand made clay tile remined the homeowner of his native South America. To highlight the aesthetics further copper was chosen for all metal accents; including trim, leaderheads, gutters and down spouts. Our in house metalsmith "Tirek" is a true craftsman and his skill and artistry was truly put to the test.

Patrick Sullivan the Founder and President of Tri-County Roofing wanted to replace his current shingle roof with something more substantial.
